Sarah Rubin has provided a range of economic development services for Rubin Advisors' clients over the past several years including assessing eligibility for federal, state and local government incentives; researching specific incentive procurement best practices; developing a strategy to secure economic assistance, negotiating with state and local government representatives to realize the maximum usable combination of incentives; and conducting administrative and compliance oversight.
Sarah is a graduate of Indiana University at Bloomington and has a Masters degree from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs in economic development, public financial administration, and policy analysis. She is also proficient in Latin, has been the recipient of several awards and scholarships. In her spare time, Sarah is an avid reader of good books, writes, publishes, and works out.
